The lifespan of a balloon depends on the material it's made of and how it's filled. Here's a general breakdown:

1. Latex Balloons (the common rubber ones):

: Lasts about 12 to 24 hours. They’ll gradually shrink and lose shape.
: Lasts about . Helium is lighter than air, so it escapes through the balloon material faster, causing the balloon to deflate.
